The healthcare industry unifies multiple technological elements that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of healthcare services, leading to better patient outcomes and streamlined healthcare operations.

A few cases that we’ve had the opportunity to work with demonstrate a growing interest in integration of those elements. The Celéri Health project that we’ve partnered with in 2018 unified medical practices, medical device manufacturers, and pharma manufacturers into a continuous loop of data interchange helping each participant improve their service based on empirical data.

Digital Twin apps

The Digital Twin technology is a fairly recent invention that creates a virtual replica of a patient, medical device, or healthcare process. These digital twins integrate real-time data from various sources to simulate, predict, and optimize health outcomes and operational efficiency.

Hume is one of such apps that we’ve been honored to design. It utilizes a behavioral science approach to help users build healthy micro habits, integrate them into daily routine, and track progress within the app for long-term effects. The app is largely visual because of our ability to read data patterns through comparison over volume and time.

Professional practice dashboards

Medical dashboards present critical healthcare information in an organized, efficient, and visually appealing manner. These dashboards aim to enhance the usability and accessibility of complex data, facilitating better decision-making, improving patient care, and streamlining administrative processes.

As a service design agency, we often find ourselves in a situation where we deal with sensitive subjects and context-heavy solutions. A common risk is to create a product that would work within the current paradigm and fail to drive change – the reason we are brought in. We are passionate for solving problems using the body of design experience and knowledge in an unconventional way. What may seem like an unexpected solution visually, is actually the result of deep and meticulous research.

Practice multimedia management platform

Channel :D is a dental video production company that provides dental clinics with hardware and subscription-based access to a library of custom-made fun and insightful dental videos that turn wait into an educational and stress-relieving time. We have designed the studio interface and the e-commerce part of the platform.

Shockwave therapy device companion app

Phoenix is the very first home-use acoustic wave technology device, revolutionizing men's sexual health and performance. This type of therapy, because of its unorthodox approach, is facing a lot of skeptisism and our job was to design the experience in the most transparent and clean way possible. We did not want this to be presented as biohacking or some sort of a woke type of technology. We’ve designed the interface so clean and intuitive, it looks like a consumer electronic control app. The focus of the UX is on discipline, long-term commitment to the program, and educational aspect.

Precision medication platform branding and UX

Data science presents enormous opportunities to look into the old medical problems in a new way. Alfie is a NY-based medical startup that has created an evidence-based therapy to medication based on extensive research and examination of individual patient profiles. Our goal was to help Alfie develop an identity that would be both evoking trust and respect without feeling desensitised to the new digital product trends.
